Some mods do make your car go faster randomguy, just depneds which ones

I am not a master mechanic or a know it all about cars...but some "mods" do make you car faster. As long as your not like some people I run into - "I have a coffee can exhaust on a otherwise stock Cavalier so my car is fast". Now first off I do not want to piss anyone off with that statement. I don't have a fast car....right now its mostly stock...but i don't really want one or pretend too. I like the look of the ride but i like fuel economy more than anything. I have a 2001 Chevy Tracker that I have slowly start to modt looks wise and later i plan on doing some things to help its over all fuel economy.

But that is besides the point right now. I am new here...lover of the movies and hoper as long as the plits stay good they continue to make them.

If you supercharge a car, it will go faster.. if you turbo a car it will go faster, if you apply nitrous oxide to a car it will go faster.. but all these items come with other items that are required in order for your engine and car to be able to cope with the increased power..

JUST put a turbo on and say byebye to your engine..

Ok back to the original pic. Do you have any plans for your car?

If you change anything on your car its modified. Change the suspension to coilovers, then its modified from stock. Turbo the engine. ( with strengthened internals) then its modified. Mods doesnt just cover bodykits paint etc it covers all aspects of changes to your vehicle. Rant over.
