Detailed Plot Info *SPOILERS*
Hi guys, details of this plot have been around for a while now, but thanks to Latino Review we have a bit more depth into the first scene of the new fast and furious film.
Comments suggest that people see this as being the BEST out of the 4 films, and is more of a Fast and Furious 2.5 instead of fast and furious 4 - as it is set BEFORE tokyo drift!

A few months ago it was announced on the trades that Vin Diesel and Paul Walker were in negotiations to reunite for the fourth instalment of Universal’s “Fast and the Furious” franchise. Justin Lin and Chris Morgan, who were behind “Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift,” are returning to directing and writing duties, respectively.
FF4 opens with a flashback from the ending of the first film of Paul Walker’s character BRIAN O’CONNOR letting Vin Diesel’s character DOMINIC TORRETO go free.
The story picks up five years later.
FENIX drives a DEVIL RED DAYTONA and leads for other hot rod cars across the Mexican border to San Yisidro. One of the drivers is Michelle Rodriguez’s character LETTY. The five cars pop the trunks. They were transporting large polymer containers that get loaded onto an 18-wheeler.
Fenix pays Letty and she leaves. Letty heads in her Demon to Los Angeles. Fenix follows her.
We then catch up with BRIAN O’CONNOR at MARICOPA COUNTY JAIL in Arizona. He is now bearded, tattooed, darker and grittier since we last seen him. He is working out in the jail when he stops JUVENAL from getting killed by MS13 gang members. A big fight ensues between Brian and three MS13 assassins.
In the segregation ward, Juvenal tells Brian that JAMES PARK sold him out. That is all that Brian needs to hear. Brian is actually undercover in the prison working with the FBI.
Next in SANTO DOMINGO in THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC we meet TEGO who bops his head to reggaeton in his ’69 EL Camino. Tego rides with HAN from TOKYO DRIFT.
If you recall HAN died in TOKYO DRIFT, so in essence, FF4 is a prequel to TOKYO DRIFT.
Tego and Han catch up with FLORA and MARCO in a tiny run down shack where cars are being worked on. One of the mechanics is DOMINIC TORRETO. Dom is now stronger, harder and more dangerous than before.
Dom and his crew go hijack a tanker on a land train.
Afterwards, at 3am in the industrial part of town, and UNDERGROUND RACE MEET is in full swing. Dom receives a phone call from his sister MIA. Something happened to Letty.
She’s dead!
In Juarez, Mexico, Dom hooks up with CHUCHO at a garage. Dom gets his 7O’s SS Chevele – the same car we seen him with at the end of Fast and Furious. Jason Bourne may have a locker in every country, but Dom has a garage.
Using a fake passport under the surname ALVAREZ, Dom drives in through the border through El Paso, Texas.
At a cemetery in Los Angeles, Dom attends LETTY’s funeral on the dl. A gathering of racers are there including Dom’s sister MIA TORRETO (Jordana Brewster).
Dom watches the funeral from a distance to avoid being made by the cops. A voice tells Dom he shouldn’t be here. It’s Brian O’Connor. When Dom crossed the border he tipped off alarms. Facial recognition software matched him ten minutes after he was through. The cops are after Dom. Brian is not there to arrest Dom but to attend Letty’s funeral since she was Brian’s friend too.
Brian tells Dom that when he bailed to Mexico, Letty tried to hold it down. The garage, the crew. Letty needed money so she started making runs across the border with a team working for ANOTNIO BRAGA.
Braga is a major player down south. Last year, he moved more heroin across the border than Pablo Escoba did in ten years. Braga uses tuner cars for mules. All this and no one has ever laid eyes on Braga.
The Feds have been after Braga for years but can’t touch him south of the border. Brian tells Dom he is going to get the guys who killed Letty.
Dom replies – not if he gets them first.
So there you have it, the setup for FF4 is that Brian and Dom must infiltrate the Braga organization to find out who killed Letty and why.

I love Letty she shouldn’t die I also love Michelle Rodriquez. The movie won’t be the same without her they mad a mistake to do that. I think that everyone loved Letty cuz it showed how much of a bad ass girls like me can be. It also took them way to long to make this movie. I also heard that Vin Diesel isn’t gonna be in it cuz he didn’t get the money he wanted.

I am glad they are finally making a movie with Paul Walker and Vin Diesel back together, the Fast and Furious films are not the same without them. I’v always said they should of done the third one about Paul and Vin’s unfinished buisness but they didnt they decided to make it about something different… I’m glad they are making a fourth one its great that Paul and Vin are back together, but the only thing that has let this movie down is that its suppose to be set before Tokyo Drift happened thats were it makes no sence, i think they should of made the fourth one before Tokyo Drift so it would make more sence so its ashame about that they should of rethought it, it’s great that there is a fourth one because i thought they never would be and im a really big fan of the Fast and Furious sequels :D. I cant wait for this movie to come out im really looking forward to it.

It really does suck that Michelle Rodriguez is not going to be in it. on other news, will Tyrese be in there to join in the team with Bryan and Dom? I doubt it will be of any help, just might be intereting to have Bryan’s team and Dom’s team come together.

Ok let Me Clarify this for both you fools….. if your talking about the car dominic was in at the end of the fast & the furious toyko drift its 1970 Plymouth GTX named ‘hammer’ not a roadrunner 2 different models although they look extremely similiar now can you see why no one has any faith in the ignorant ass tuner generation…….(enough said)

This website claims that Vin Diesel will be driving the Mustang from the photos released a few months ago. They also believe that Paul Walker will be driving the pictured Subaru STi on the web page. The second page of the web site shows alleged pictures from the casting call for the upcoming movie. I have no affiliation with these pictures, so direct no questions toward me.

OK whoever says its 70 Charger is wrong he chases after the guys and races brian with that car and totals it Brian then gives him the orange Supra then it goes to the credits and you see it watch it till the very end during the credits Dom has a 70 Chevelle SS if you guys don’t believe me give me you’re email and I will send you a picture. I think its awsome that theres gunna be a number 4 but i have a few questions…?
1.what happens to rome from 2 fast 2 furious?
2.i thought brian got kicked out of the police force?
3.how is he in jail for letting toretto escape when he already payed the cops back in number 2?
4.will we see jesse or vince in this upcoming movie?
